How You'll Make An Impact

• Facilitate engaging learning sessions that develop participants' skills, both in-person and online.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment for all.
• Keep track of participant progress and performance, offering feedback to encourage growth.
• Administer all training logistics, from class preparation to tracking evaluations.
• Follow structured guides to lead discussions and activities that enhance learning.
• Pursue opportunities for personal growth in facilitation and classroom management.
• Coach learners on specific skills to help them succeed in their roles 

Working Conditions

Normal office environment: This position is eligible for our Hybrid Work Policy. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.

Required Qualifications

 

Education

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of training and/or work experience.

Experience

• 1 year(s) of training delivery experience and 3 years in the functional area or a related business unit.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Skills & Abilities

• Communicate clearly with all levels of management and team members.
• Think critically and analyze effectively.
• Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Engage with the public professionally.
• Feel comfortable presenting to groups both online and in person.

The base pay for this position generally is between $45,800.00 and $73,200.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
