Position responsibilities:
- Manage a small caseload of 7-10 clients with amazing families in a clinical setting
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
- Establish and monitor treatment plans of clients
- Collaborate with a team of highly qualified BCBAs
- Supervise & train RBTs
- Meet with and conduct parent/caregiver trainings
Behavior Analysts:
- Must have a Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA), or psychology or special education with ABA Certification
- Must be board certified (BCBA). One to two years of supervisory experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
