Position Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated and organized Sales Representative to manage a designated territory. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with law enforcement officers during briefings, general meetings, and other events, ensuring they have access to our unique benefits. With no cold calling required, you can focus on building meaningful relationships and providing exceptional service.
Core Responsibilities
- Run and manage your own territory with autonomy, developing and maintaining strong relationships with law enforcement agencies and officers.
- Present and explain our specialized supplemental coverage options during scheduled briefings and meetings.
- Educate officers on the benefits we offer, emphasizing how they address their unique needs.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to effectively meet client needs.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective management and expansion of your territory.

Qualifications
- Must be willing to obtain state insurance licenses in Life and Health, as well as Property and Casualty.
- Sales experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with law enforcement professionals.
- Demonstrates being Hungry, Humble, Passionate, and Professional in all interactions.
- Exceptionally self-motivated with excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing your own territory.
