Material Handler

Join our team as a Material Handler and be a critical part of the process that gets our products out the door. In this role, you’ll take materials directly from production through final cooling, packaging, and staging, ensuring every order is accurate and ready for shipment. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Starting Wage: $20.00/hr ($1.30/hr more for nights)
• Rotating 3-2-2-3 Schedule (on for 3, off for 2, on for 2, off for three)
• Days: 4:45am-5:00pm / Nights: 4:45pm-5:00am ($1.30 shift differential applies)

What to expect:

• Package and ship finished goods in accordance to company and customer specifications.
• Manage the cooling process of materials.
• Properly pick, stage and load outbound finished goods within established guidelines.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation and paperwork for all outgoing shipments.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for process improvement and aid in implementing changes as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
