Responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Quickbooks
- Purchasing online and over the phone
- Recording purchases and all associated paperwork
- Following up on status of purchases
- Coordinating deliveries
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Bookkeeping
- Receiving packages
- Preparing domestic and international shipments and associated documents
- Greeting visitors
- Filing
- Distributing incoming mail
- Keeping up-to-date inventory of supplies
- Providing and distributing time cards
- Coordinating annual company parties
- Assisting in any administrative duties
Skills needed
- Self-motivated time management and prioritization
- Detail oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good and effective written and verbal communication
- Able to lift between 25-50 lbs
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
