Title: Service Worker 1
Shift: Second Shift (2:30 pm – 11:00 pm)
Location: Lincoln, NE
Duration: 3 months
Job Purpose:
Perform independent inspection of products and materials to meet production and quality standards while following GMPs, SOPs, and standard work documentation. Maintain adequate supplies to support safety, quality, and production goals. Accurately document all work performed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct packaging operations including weighing, processing, and inspecting materials in compliance with cGMP and standard work instructions.
- Monitor and replenish materials and supplies to maintain production and safety standards. Operate transportation equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment operations, troubleshooting, and all activities for GMP compliance.
- Escalate issues to management and maintain training compliance through the Learning Management System.
EHS Responsibilities:
- Follow all Environment, Health, and Safety guidelines.
- Report unsafe conditions, injuries, illnesses, and hazardous material incidents.
- Wear required personal protective equipment and attend safety training.
- Adhere to all safe work procedures.
Quality Responsibilities:
- Comply with all quality standards including data integrity, QA, QC, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Preferred: Experience with cGMP documentation and lean manufacturing principles.
