Position: Varicent Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Varicent Consultant to support a large-scale end-to-end implementation and legacy modernization initiative for client. The consultant will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy Varicent compensation management solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Lead discovery and design activities for Varicent implementations.
- Review and design Varicent solution architecture.
- Design and develop Varicent databases and commission calculation systems.
- Create technical specifications based on business requirements.
- Design and support system integrations.
- Build, test, and deploy Varicent components, reports, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
Required:
- Strong experience as a Varicent Consultant on large end-to-end implementations or legacy modernization projects.
- Expertise gathering Varicent technical requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Extensive experience with Varicent design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Experience designing Varicent databases and compensation/commission management solutions.
- Experience with Varicent reporting and integrations.
