Job Title: Transplant Financial Coordinator

Assignment Duration: 3 Months

Note: PCCs are approved in 13-week increments. While there are no guarantees, this assignment is expected to extend beyond the initial 13 weeks, with an estimated duration of 16–24 weeks. There may also be the potential for a longer-term opportunity based on business needs and performance.

• s.Under the direction of the Transplant Financial Coordinator Supervisor, the Transplant Financial Coordinator (TFC) is a key member of the multidisciplinary transplant tea
• m.The TFC is responsible for ensuring transplant patients receive financial clearance by verifying insurance benefits, obtaining authorizations, counseling patients regarding insurance coverage, and providing guidance when coverage has lapsed or is insufficien
• t.The coordinator will analyze complex insurance information, communicate financial requirements to patients and staff, resolve insurance-related issues, and support process improvements that enhance patient care.
