Title: Lead AI Engineer
Duration: 7 Months
Pay Range: $70-$80/hr

- Lead hands-on development of AI-driven applications using Python (full-stack preferred) with 10 years of software engineering experience.
- Design and implement GenAI solutions including LLMs (GPT or similar), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agentic AI frameworks.
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems using tools like LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Develop scalable cloud-native applications leveraging AWS (5 years' experience) and modern cloud architectures.
- Contribute across the full SDLC (Agile) lifecycle from story development to production deployment.
- Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery of AI/ML solutions.
- Integrate AI platforms with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, CMDB, and JIRA.
- Deliver production-grade AI/LLM solutions with strong focus on performance, scalability, and enterprise reliability.
- Provide technical leadership in AI engineering, guiding teams on agentic workflows, GenAI best practices, and system design.
- Nice to have: experience with LLM fine-tuning, additional models (Claude, LLaMA), enterprise AI platforms.
