About the Role:
We are seeking a Change Manager - 3 to join our GTB Operations team in New York City and support Phase 2 of the USCM project delivery. The successful candidate will contribute to the success of Global Operations by ensuring initiatives are executed in line with business strategies, while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex, multi-faceted projects and system implementations for transaction banking.
- Develop detailed action/project plans, conduct research and analysis, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Define business requirements, procedures, and policies; act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
