Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day operations of the Day Treatment Program
- Ensures the program meets all guidelines of SpectraCare Health Systems as well as standards set by the Department of Mental Health, and Medicaid and Medicare Rehab Standards
- Manage the financial aspects of the program and supervise all day treatment staff members to include training and development
- Supervise the Day Treatment staff through training, team development, evaluations, and managing issues
- Conduct individual and family group therapy sessions for Day Treatment consumers and provide skills and training classes for consumers
- Overseeing, maintaining and performing designated documentation in client records according to standards
- Master's degree in psychology or related field
- Completion of a clinical practicum
- Minimum two years post masters clinical experience required
- Minimum two years management/supervisory experience required
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must have a good MVR
- Must meet insurability requirements to drive a system vehicle (21 years of age).
