What You’ll Do
As an Applications Engineer, you’ll help evaluate customer applications and support the recommendation of equipment solutions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers, gaining experience in testing, documentation, customer support, and process development—all while following a structured quality system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Learning how to evaluate customer applications by gathering information from customers and sales partners.
- Assisting with hands-on application testing such as welding, marking, cutting, and related processes.
- Documenting test results and helping prepare clear application reports with equipment recommendations.
- Providing technical support to customers and internal teams via phone and email.
- Supporting on-site customer visits, including equipment setup, training, and process development (travel opportunities available).
- Participating in technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Building a strong understanding of product capabilities and technical specifications through hands-on learning and training.
- Supporting additional projects as you grow in the role.

Education & Experience

- Four-year technical or engineering degree preferred.
- Microsoft Office experience required.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
