Qualifications
- Human Services, Intellectual Disabilities, and Training skills
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, (autism experience preferred)
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to provide compassionate and person-centered support
- Valid driver's license and access to insured care for work use transporting client
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred)
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
