Primary Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock, including unloading, inspection, and documentation
- Store materials in designated warehouse locations, maintaining order and accessibility
- Pick, pack, wrap, label, and prepare customer orders for delivery or shipment according to schedule
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and effective manner
- Perform inventory controls, cycle counts, and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, optimizing space utilization
- Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns promptly
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with warehouse practices, methods, and safety standards.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems, databases, or inventory software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
- Valid forklift license or ability to obtain certification within designated timeframe.
- Experience working in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Lean or 5S practices for warehouse organization and efficiency.
- Knowledge of ERP or advanced warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Experience with international shipping and customs documentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
