Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Roofing Estimator, based in Palm City, FL. The Commercial Roofing Estimator will be responsible for evaluating projects, creating detailed estimates, managing budgets, and overseeing all aspects of commercial roofing projects. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with the project management and roofing teams to ensure timely and accurate estimates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in Construction Estimating and Commercial Roofing (Required)
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Budgeting and Project Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
