Branch Manager-Pensacola, FL

Spectra Gutter Systems is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operations of our new Pensacola, FL location. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial, hands-on leader to build a branch from the ground up, establish Spectra’s presence in the local market, and drive long-term growth.

The Branch Manager will have overall responsibility for branch performance, including sales and market development, customer service, warehouse and distribution operations, inventory, financial performance, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, operational leadership, and the ability to build structure, develop people, and grow a business in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the local launch and operational readiness of the new Pensacola branch in partnership with regional and corporate leadership.
• Build, develop, and lead the branch team, establishing clear expectations, accountability, and a strong culture focused on safety, service, teamwork, and results.
• Oversee daily branch operations, including warehouse and distribution activities, inventory control, order fulfillment, delivery execution, and customer service.
• Develop the local market by building relationships with contractors, customers, and prospects and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and market presence.
• Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and overall branch performance while monitoring key financial and operational results.
• Partner with sales and leadership teams to strengthen customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Evaluate staffing, operational capacity, and resource needs as the branch grows.
• Coach and develop employees, manage performance, and ensure the team is positioned to support continued growth.
• Work closely with regional, corporate, and cross-functional partners to resolve operational issues and execute business priorities.
• Communicate branch performance, risks, operational needs, and growth opportunities to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Leadership or management experience in branch operations, distribution, building materials, manufacturing, wholesale, construction-related products, or a similar operational environment.
• Experience managing multiple areas of a business, including operations, sales, customer service, inventory, and employee performance.
• Experience opening, growing, or significantly improving a branch, location, territory, or business operation strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand financial and operational performance and make sound business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop teams, manage performance, and create accountability.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships, support sales growth, and deliver business results.
• Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to establish structure and operate effectively as priorities evolve.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business or CRM systems preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
