Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials while monitoring product quality and accuracy.
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report maintenance issues as needed.
- Assist with machine setups and changeovers under supervisor guidance.
- Maintain clean, organized machines, and work areas.
- Complete production logs, quality checks, and required documentation.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report concerns promptly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
