Summary

As a Machine Operator, your primary responsibility is to support the efficient production of our products. Key duties include operating machinery, packing and bundling materials, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will also collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

In this role, you will run production equipment, oversee machine output, and follow established safety and quality guidelines. Training will be provided.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload materials, monitor product quality, and follow work instructions
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and notify maintenance if issues arise
  • Assist with changeovers and setups under guidance from supervisors
  • Keep machines and work areas clean and organized
  • Complete basic production logs and checks
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Work with team members and communicate any concerns.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, not required
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and positive attitude
  • Able to work flexible shifts if needed.
