Approximately 90% of the position is warehouse-based, with occasional local deliveries using a company box truck as needed.

The Warehouse Associate/ backup driver is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading, and unloading materials in a safe and efficient manner. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, ensure timely order fulfillment, and support overall warehouse operations. Approximately 90% of the position is warehouse-based, with occasional local deliveries using a company box truck as needed.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, and store materials using proper handling procedures.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory control processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Support warehouse operations and collaborate with team members.
- Assist with customer inquiries, returns, and basic service needs.
- Perform local deliveries as needed using a company vehicle.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to safely operate a box truck as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Warehouse, delivery, or logistics experience required
