Title: Project Coordinator III Duration: 12 Months (possible extension) Location: Redmond, WA- Hybrid Job Description Work with program managers, technical leads, and engineers to organize and manage workstreams. Collaborate with engineering teams to document project plans and development activities. Track progress of prototype builds, engineering deliverables, and project milestones. Use Jira to manage engineering development tasks and track project progress. Coordinate international shipping, receiving, logistics, and product development activities, with a strong preference for experience supporting Asia-based operations. Track tasks, collect project information, and organize stakeholder presentations, dashboards, and status updates. Monitor and track deliverables and activities with external development partners. Partner with Finance and Purchasing teams to onboard suppliers, obtain proposals and quotations, place orders, and track deliveries. Assist engineering teams with development documentation and project records. Map and track the progress of Statements of Work (SOWs) with external development partners. Maintain and update internal website information. Prepare and maintain meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups. Top 3 Must-Have Hard Skills International Shipping, Logistics & Receiving – Experience with international shipping and logistics; experience supporting Asia-based operations is highly preferred. Jira for Engineering Development – Experience using Jira to track engineering development activities and deliverables. Project/Program Management – Strong experience managing project schedules, workstreams, deliverables, and cross-functional activities. Top 3 Must-Have Soft Skills Scheduling & Planning – Ability to manage schedules and navigate complications and uncertainty within a program. Attention to Detail – Strong ability to monitor progress and deliverables, collect information, and track action items. Multitasking – Ability to manage multiple suppliers, projects, and priorities simultaneously. Good-to-Have Skills Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) and new hardware development. Understanding of the design and development process for consumer electronic products. Ability to work independently with limited guidance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in program/project management. Experience constructing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for schedule development and resource planning. Preferred experience supporting the development and launch of consumer products. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-starter with strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to build project schedules and schedule models from the ground up without an existing baseline. Comfortable working in new environments and gathering input from multiple stakeholders. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and functions.
