Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information, support, and solutions to customer requests and concerns. Maintain and update customer records and documentation. Manage daily tasks efficiently and meet response time and quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow company policies, procedures and quality standards. Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. High school diploma. B2 English Level Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Preferred Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools.
