- Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests.
- Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
- Create and maintain comprehensive and accurate records, documents, and reports.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and schedules
- Manage projects and contribute to committee and team work.
- Operate office equipment, manage office space, and maintain a secure and efficient document management system.
- Offer direct support to executives by managing calendars, communications, and priorities.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
