After a few months, this role will then be hybrid from our Boston location. As we scale toward flight testing and production, hiringexceptional technical talent is one of our most important priorities.Werelooking for a Senior TechnicalRecruiter who can partner closely with engineering and operations teams to build out the organizationduring a period of fast, meaningful growth.Role & Responsibilities:Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and operations leaders to deeply understand role requirements and team needsManage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, feedback coordination, andoffersupportDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent, including targeted outreach, referrals, industry communities, and eventsConduct initial candidate interviews and assess technical and cultural alignmentMaintainaccuratepipelines and candidate data in the ATS; provide hiring updates and insights to managersImprove recruiting workflows and candidate experience as the team growsRepresent Specter Aerospace with professionalism, clarity, and enthusiasmJob Requirements:Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.Several years of recruiting experience, with strong exposure to engineering or technical rolesStrong sourcing skills and comfort with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter,Indeed,etcAbility to understand and speak to technical concepts across engineering, manufacturing, and software domains (ata high level)Proventrack recordof successfully recruiting for hard-to-fill technical rolesStrong communication, organization, and project management skillsAbility tooperateindependently in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDesired Skills:Experience recruiting in aerospace, defense, hardware, manufacturing, or deep-tech sectors.Familiarity with ATS systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or BambooHR.Experience supporting or implementing recruiting processes and tools.Interest in the aerospace/hypersonicsdomain*All new employees must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
