Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Ensure all drinks are garnished and presented attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and enhance their experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
- Check guest IDs to verify legal drinking age
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and act responsibly
Requirements
- You will be trained at our Kutztown location, then brought over to the Pottstown location when we open
- MUST be RAMP Certified (or acquired upon hiring)
- 18 Years Old
- Comfortable using a POS system (Toast - training available)
- Previous experience as a Server/Bartender or in the food industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment.
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Pay: $7.25 - $35.00 per hour
