Summary
The individuals selected for this position are responsible for managing the daily warehouse operation function, customer order fulfilment functions and associated processes/procedures. provide an extraordinary service for both
internally, to all areas of the business, and external customers. Always ensuring the company goals and objectives are being met by all associates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Knows and actively demonstrates daily our Company Mission Statement and our Core Values
2. Recruits, hires, and ensures training of new warehouse employees
3.Monitor associate's productivity and performance expectations
4.Ability to communicate effectively with subordinates and upper management
5.Ability to learn and perform subordinates job descriptions including but not limited to warehouse supervisors and wholesale associates
6.Maintain and teach organization skills
7.Responsible for maintaining productions, productivity, qualify, and extraordinary customer service
8.Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing processes and procedures.
9. Prepares and implements production and quality plans based around customer service standards
10.Responsible maintenance and training for all industrial equipment
11.Partner with HR and upper management for employee coaching and training
12.Create and review weekly or bi-weekly schedule for all associates
13.Monitor and supervise associate's attendance and punctuality
14.Efficiently carrying out all the directives given by Management Team
15.Availability to travel to local and state facilities as required
16.Ensures a clean workplace
17.Working in accordance with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA
18.Possess time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks and meet the demands of the day
19.Attendance and timeliness is required. This is not a job you can do from home.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed above satisfactorily. State law says you must be over the age of 21 to work at Spec’s. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education or Experience
We prefer that you have 1-2 years of supervisor or relevant role, excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments. We would like you to have a high
school diploma or a general education degree (GED), but sometimes, experience is the best education.

Language Skills
We need you to be able to read, comprehend and write simple instructions or memos. You must be able to talk and communicate with coworkers and guests.
Computer Skills
You should also be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
We expect you to be able to create scheduling and delegating tasks, plan meetings, share and configuring calendars electronically.
Mathematical Skills
You need the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in both whole numbers and in fractions and decimals without the aid of calculator or abacus. Counting is a major plus too as your count becomes inventory.
Attitudinal and Personal Skills

Patience, friendliness and an outgoing personality are needed for success. Hours
Full Time is typically 40 hours per week. Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday. We schedule for the needs of our business. Working outside of your scheduled time without Store Manager approval is prohibited. You cannot make up hours without your manager’s prior approval. Reasoning Ability
You need the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Knowing when to come in from the rain is a plus.

Work Environment and Environmental Conditions
We provide a fun and positive environment in for our staff. You will be exposed to outside weather conditions while you are working in our warehouses. The noise level is usually moderate to loud.
