Compensation
- 50% profit split per job
- Average earnings: $30–$40 per hour depending on efficiency

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential cleaning (Standard, Deep, Move-In/Out, Airbnb turnovers)
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists provided per job
- Bring and maintain your own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients when needed
- Arrive on time and complete jobs within scheduled windows
- Maintain consistent service quality to support repeat clients and 5-star reviews
- Upload before/after photos when required
- Manage time efficiently and work independently
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Must be a 1099 Independent Contractor
- Must carry active General Liability Insurance
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a smartphone to receive job details and communicate
- Must have prior residential cleaning experience
- Must be able to pass background screening if required
- Must be detail-oriented and committed to high standards
- Must operate professionally and respectfully in client homes
