Full Job Description:
A Director of Sales Support This is a key position that is involved with and supports the sales department. This person will assist the sales department with:
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Sales Team providing organizational, secretarial support, and other duties as assigned.
- Use Salesforce to maintain customer, proposal and product data.
- Answering main office phone, taking proficient messages and transferring calls.
- Assist with customer relations as needed.
- Send out all correspondence as required on a timely basis.
- Guide all employees by leading by example to follow company policies, improve communication and writing skills, and increase efficiency.
Qualifications, training and experience:
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Exhibit a spirit of cooperation and teamwork.
- Enthusiasm to perform your job and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
