What are the responsibilities and job description for the National Trainer position at Speco Technologies?
The national trainer/ sales engineer role, will report to the Director of National Training. Roles/ and responsibilities will consist of the following:
Have an extensive knowledge of all Speco hardware and software. This will be done by on site, in house training.
Followed up with remote access into all Speco platforms as well as in office, in-home demo test environment training is complete .
Will communicate with product management to test software and hardware. And be able to create a report back.
Will assist sales with sales engineering, product , and solution demos .
Will update and assist in maintaining new product quick start guides as well as Knowledge Based Articles.
Will assist in Tier 3/4 support calls at the guidance of Tech Support Manager.
Complete 2 online webinar trainings a month once training is completed.
Topics will be released based on new product launch . Coordination with PM / Marketing .
