Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description: Provide administrative support to the field operations management team
List of Responsibilities:
- Coordinate badging for employees to various government bases and installations
- Data entry of labor software with up-to-date information received from the superintendent
- Maintain and update appointment calendars
- Coordinate labor needs with the Operations team
- Assist with onboarding of field employees
- Maintain and update employee certifications
- Maintain confidentiality and decorum
- Coordinate company phones and iPads with IT department to ensure full set up prior to new users/updated users
- Work closely with the Office Manager and other office staff to ensure smooth operations of company
- Communicate effectively with company management
- Keep open communication with Superintendent & VP of Operations
- Various other duties as assigned by the Field Operations Management team.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 2-years construction office experience preferred, priority will be given to experience with an electrical contractor.
- Knowledge and fluency in Microsoft Office products
- Promptness and ability to work hours 6:30 AM-2:30 PM or 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
- Ability to multi-task and have a “can do” spirit

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
