Specification Rubber Products is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician Level 3 to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of equipment to keep production running efficiently and safely.

10:00 PM-6:00 AM
What You’ll Do
- Maintain, repair, and install mechanical and electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Work with a variety of tools to complete repairs safely and effectively
- Service systems such as hydraulics, pneumatics, boilers, chillers, and air compressors
- Support compression and injection press equipment
- Partner with production teams to minimize downtime
- Complete maintenance logs and documentation accurately
- Assist with tracking and ordering parts and supplies
- Perform safety checks and routine equipment inspections
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
- Certification in one or more of the following areas:
- Mechanical systems
- Electrical or electronics
- PLCs
- Welding
- Hydraulics or pneumatics
- HVAC or plumbing
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding, high-temperature environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
