ADU Travel Technician – Cleveland Area
Responsibilities
- Work independently under the direction of a supervisor
- Travel to assigned healthcare facilities throughout the Cleveland area
- Maintain active communication with client facility staff and pharmacy teams, primarily via email
- Maintain accurate inventory records within each Automated Dispensing System (ADS), including:
- Medication quantities
- Expiration dates
- Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure accurate billing
- Replace medications that are approaching expiration to maintain compliance and patient safety
- Perform monthly audits (cycle counts) to ensure system accuracy
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Represent SpecialtyRx professionally while onsite at client facilities
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Active Pharmacy Technician license (as required by state regulations)
- Previous pharmacy, inventory management, or ADS experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations
- Strong written communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Ability to perform light lifting
- Day shift (schedule may vary based on facility needs) 8am-4:30pm or 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
- Local travel required within the Cleveland area
