Night Scheduling Supervisor - Central Region

Responsibility for supervising the scheduling team.To lead and create a culture of quality and accurate information while managing and leading the daily operations of a team that is both local and remote. Schedule: 2-11pm Central Time on Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sunday. Off Tuesday and Wednesday.

Supervisory Experience, And Call Center Management Skills Are Required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION

• Supervise the day to day functions of the Scheduling Department and is the key contact for internal management as well as hospital administration.
• Coordinate all schedules as needed in an assigned market.
• Schedule relief cases as needed.
• Confirm and send schedules to teams in an assigned market.
• Monitor the quality performance of the department.
• Determine and implement solutions for any deficiencies in service levels.
• Confirm/Coordinate call schedules, vacation schedules, PTO or other as needed.

Education

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s degree in a related field.
  
  

Experience

• Three (3) - (5) years of experience in a business office function.
• Equivalent education and experience.
