Founded by Dr. Keith Elliott in 1998, the practice has built a strong reputation over nearly three decades in the same location. With continued growth and demand, we are now expanding; creating a unique opportunity to step into a new office with the support of an experienced mentor and the autonomy to grow your own practice.
We welcome applicants from across the U.S. and Canada (U.S. licensure or eligibility required) who are open to relocating to Tennessee.

Qualifications:
DDS or DMD and completion of an accredited Endodontics program
Eligible for dental licensure in Tennessee
