'Responsibilities'
' Safely operate school buses and ensure the safety of all passengers.
- Follow designated routes and schedules accurately.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with students, parents, and staff.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly.
- Keep records of trips, mileage, and any incidents as required
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
- Proven experience in bus or commercial driving.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics is a plus.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
- Ability to manage behavior and ensure a positive environment for students.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
