Quality Support Pharmacy Technician

Seeking a Full Time Quality Support Representative with Pharmacy Technician experience to join our Ridgefield Park, NJ Pharmacy. 

Must be able to work onsite every 3rd week (1 week onsite/2 weeks remote)

Hours:  9:00am-5:00pm;10:00am-6:00pm Mondays-Fridays 

Quality Support Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities:

·  Investigate and provide detailed information to Account Executive issues via Mediprocity, email, phone call, etc.

·  Maintain accurate facility information (facility lists, backup lists, etc.)

·  Complete Occurrence Reports on recurring issues to be evaluated by QS Manager/Compliance Officer and shared with other necessary department heads

·  Identify trends in facility related complaints to assist in the internal pharmacy resolutions

·  Communicate with department heads and supervisors to assist in the delivery of specifically requested items

·  Handle emails and phone calls directly from facility administration

·  Annual updating of House Stock and MD lists for accuracy

·  Other tasks as assigned by the QS Manager

Quality Support Pharmacy Technician Qualifications:

·  Experience in Long Term Care Pharmacy and customer service preferred

·  Courteous and polite phone skills

·  Computer literate

·  Detail oriented and organized

·  Must be able to multitask

·  Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills

·  Must be able to think critically and solve problems efficiently
