What You'll Do
Every day is different, and you'll play an important role in keeping our shop running efficiently. Responsibilities may include:
- Preparing, moving, and cutting raw materials
- Washing and packing machined parts
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assisting with shipping and receiving
- Supporting machinists and other team members with various shop tasks such as deburring, cosmetic finish work, laser marking, and general upkeep
- Learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities as you grow
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the job (lifting up to 50lbs, bending, pulling, standing, etc.)
- Organized with good communication skills
- Comfortable using basic computer programs
- Willing to get their hands dirty and be part of a team
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Responsibilities are shared, and teamwork is essential to keeping the shop running smoothly
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers
- Previous mechanical, machine shop, or manufacturing experience
- High school shop classes, trade school, or college machining courses
Requirements
- Basic math skills are required and will be assessed during the interview process
- Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and maintain attention to detail

This position is intended to grow into a full-time career opportunity for the right candidate. Upon successful completion of a 60-day full-time probationary period, employees become eligible for:
- Pay $20-$25/per hour DOE
- Medical benefits (Health, dental, and vision are company paid up to $750/month after probationary period)

- On-the-job training for Haas Mills, Lathes, Doosan Lynx, and CMM with a Renishaw PH20 head

- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (overtime available)
