Summary of the role:
- Perform front-end revenue cycle duties using specific knowledge of medical terminology to investigate insurance benefits and submit authorizations for a variety of infusion and enteral therapies.
- Duties include compiling and recording medical charts, reports, and correspondence.
- Must be able to work onsite in our Tukwila office (no remote option available).
- 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday
Must Haves:
- Experience with data entry.
- Verification of insurance benefits and/or submitting authorizations.
- WA state pharmacy assistant license.
- Pride in their work.
- Team player.
- Self-sufficient and adaptable.
- Pleasant phone etiquette.
