Specialty Medical Staffing is currently hiring for a pharmacist to work in a hospital setting in the Orlando, FL area. This is an enticing contract opportunity with a reputable hospital client. Assignment Details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract length: 6 weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (2-3 shifts/week)
- Two weekend shifts per month (7:00am–3:30pm)
- 8-hour shifts
- Active FL Pharmacist license in good standing
- Inpatient experience required
- Reliable knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations
- Providing support for hospital pharmacy operations
- Reviewing, verifying, and dispensing medications
- Supporting inpatient order verification
- Collaborating with clinical and healthcare staff
- Promoting safe medication use and quality patient care
- Adhering to hospital policies and regulatory requirements
