Specialty Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Pharmacy Manager for a direct hire opportunity at a community pharmacy in the Friday Harbor area. This role will lead daily pharmacy operations while supporting patient care, team development, and overall pharmacy performance.
Assignment Details
- Start: As soon as available
- Position Type: Direct hire (full-time)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday with some weekends/holidays as needed
Compensation
- $80.00 – $90.00 per hour
- Relocation assistance available
Requirements
- Active Washington Pharmacist License
- 3 years of pharmacist experience required
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
- Lead and support pharmacy staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Review and verify prescriptions
- Provide patient counseling and clinical support
- Manage inventory and medication ordering
- Collaborate with providers to support patient outcomes
