Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Scribe to assist our providers with real-time documentation during patient visits. The scribe will play a key role in enhancing workflow efficiency and ensuring accurate medical records.
Key Responsibilities
- Document patient encounters in real-time within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Accurately record patient history, physical exams, procedures, and treatment plans
- Assist providers by tracking lab results, imaging, and referrals
- Prepare and finalize clinical notes for provider review
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Support clinic workflow and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in healthcare preferred
- Previous medical scribing or clinical experience is a plus
- Familiarity with medical terminology, especially ENT-related terms, preferred
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
