Lonseth Pain is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Bilingual Medical Front Desk Receptionist who is fluent in both English and Spanish.
This position is often the first point of contact for our patients, so we are looking for someone who is welcoming, organized, confident on the phone, and able to provide excellent customer service in a busy medical office environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet patients and provide a professional, welcoming experience
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients in both English and Spanish
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Verify demographic and insurance information
- Collect copays and patient balances when appropriate
- Assist Spanish-speaking patients with communication and general office needs
- Maintain accurate patient information in the electronic medical record
- Communicate effectively with providers, clinical staff, and administrative staff
- Help maintain an organized and efficient front desk
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office
- Strong telephone and computer skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous medical office, front desk, scheduling, or receptionist experience preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records and insurance verification is a plus

Compensation: $17.00-19.00 per hour based on experience.
Insurance after 60 days. We pay 50% of the premium for employee only.
Holidays and paid time off provided. Will discuss in detail at interview.
