Hudson Deep Draw in Ormond Beach, Florida is looking for a Manufacturing TEAM Coordinator to join our team. This individual will provide direction and support for daily operations, including quality, delivery, productivity, and safety within a specific department.
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Provides assignments/direction to the team at start-up and shut down of the shift.
Ensures team members have the tools and information to perform their jobs.
Provides on-the-job training to team members.
Helps team members solve daily work problems.
Ensures product maintains a continuous flow to ensure on time delivery.
Ensures paperwork and packets are kept in an orderly fashion and up to date.
Monitor ERP system to ensure accurate and complete reporting
Follows safety rules and procedures.
Provides back-up coverage/support in the absence of the Supervisor
Effectively communicates issues concerning safety, quality, delivery, productivity, tooling to Manager and Supervisor to ensure that organizational goals and objectives are met.
- Participates in ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies.
- Coordinates work to ensure best practices with all team members.
- Attends appropriate team meetings.
- Accepts responsibility to quickly identify any areas of lack of cohesiveness, bringing them to the attention of the
supervisor and working with the team in a supportive manner to resolve issues affecting cohesiveness.
- Actively look for ways, and reinforce actions needed, to achieve synergy possible within the larger organization.
Educational Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent required.
Technical Experience: 3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
Industry Experience: Previous deep drawn stamping experience preferred. Basic understanding of different product types such as cans, covers, rectangles, squares etc.

Detail Oriented: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Analytical Skills: Good math skills. Ability to comprehend and interpret documents such as work instructions, safety procedures, and operating procedures.
Problem Solving Skills: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of manufacturing variables.
Quality Assurance Skills: The ability to use a variety of inspection devices as required such as micrometers, vernier calipers, height gages, etc. Thorough understanding of the Hudson quality policy and ability to communicate policies to team members.
Blueprint Skills: The ability to interpret blueprints.
Computer Skills: Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Intranet. Data entry experience.
Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication skills; ability to interact effectively in a team environment and to interact with all levels of the organization, customer, and suppliers. Demonstrated high level of confidentiality.
Decision Making Skills: Good decision making, planning, and organizational skills.
Administrative Skills: Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Flexible and able to work within tight deadlines.
