Job Description and Requirements:
Job Brief
Specialty Foundation Systems is looking for a Quality Control Inspector. This person is to be responsible for monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications of our design/build projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Record keeping
- Testing
- Pier/ pile quality control
Other responsibilities include:
- Promote company safety program and provide a safe work environment at all times.
- Help with other aspects of construction as needed.
- Work under pressure in a high production environment.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with Engineering manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Excellent organizational skills
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2- year college degree equivalent
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work outside in the elements throughout the year.
*Travel is a requirement for this position.
