Flooring Sales Representative (High-End Residential)
Specialty Flooring & Design – Utah
We are a family-owned, high-end flooring company serving some of Utah’s top builders and designers. With decades of experience and strong industry relationships, we specialize in premium hardwood, carpet, and custom flooring solutions.
We’re looking to bring on an experienced Flooring Sales Representative who can hit the ground running.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with builders, designers, and clients
- Bring in new business while maintaining existing accounts
- Guide clients through product selection (hardwood, carpet, custom solutions)
- Coordinate with our team to ensure smooth project execution
- Represent our brand professionally in all interactions
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in the flooring or construction industry (required)
- Existing relationships with builders, designers, or contractors (preferred)
- Strong product knowledge (hardwood, carpet, installation process)
- Outgoing, driven, and self-motivated
- Reliable, organized, and a team player
- Quick learner who can adapt and contribute immediately
