We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Scheduling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a key role in coordinating appointments and supporting our sales and customer service efforts. Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from potential clients to schedule appointments efficiently.
- Conduct follow-up calls to confirm scheduled appointments.
- Accurately maintain records of all appointments using internal systems.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and effective scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role is required.
- At least 1–2 years of experience working in a medical office or healthcare-related setting is required.
- Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English is required (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients and clients.
- Proficient in using computer systems and accurately entering data.
- Experience in outbound calling and upselling is a plus, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
