Overview:
Do you have a passion for emissions compliance, technical problem-solving, and working with purpose-driven teams? We're seeking a Project Engineer to help drive product certification for aftermarket automotive components. In this role, you’ll guide members through complex regulatory landscapes, empower internal teams with vital knowledge, and contribute meaningfully to cleaner, compliant performance technologies.
Responsibilities Include:
Interpret emissions regulations from EPA, CARB, and other governing agencies.
Prepare and maintain certification documentation, technical reports, and compliance filings.
Administer the SEMA Certified (49-state) program to help members meet EPA Tampering Policies.
Guide members through CARB Executive Order processes for aftermarket parts compliance.
Organize and manage regulatory filings and certification documentation.
Support internal training initiatives to align teams with compliance expectations.
Track and maintain records of all SEMA Certified applications.
Monitor changes in regulatory standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and manage certification project timelines.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies in support of compliance assurance.
Monitor project progress and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.

Reporting on awarded Executive Orders (EOs) and SEMA Certifications, including SUF initiation and project completion
