We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and driven Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our consolidated financial reporting across multiple practice entities.

What You’ll Do

• Month-End Close & Financial Integrity
• Lead and support month-end close processes across multiple entities
• Prepare and review complex journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
  
  

Financial Analysis

• Perform detailed variance analysis of income statements against budget and prior periods
• Provide insights to support business decision-making
  
  

Technical Accounting & GAAP Compliance

• Research complex accounting topics (equity, debt, leases, etc.)
• Draft technical memos, policies, and position papers in accordance with US GAAP
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  
  

Fixed Assets & Inventory

• Maintain fixed asset ledgers and depreciation schedules, including dental equipment
• Support inventory tracking and reporting as needed
  
  

Audit & Compliance

• Assist with external audits by preparing workpapers and providing documentation
• Support debt compliance activities
  
  

Process Improvement & Controls

• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation opportunities
• Strengthen internal controls and enhance accounting workflows
  
  

Reporting & Projects

• Support financial reporting to senior leadership
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives
  
  

Requirements

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
• Experience: 3 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting or multi-entity environment strongly preferred)
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Systems: Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct a plus)
• Certification: CPA (active or in progress) highly preferred
