What You’ll Do
- Drive referral growth strategies across assigned practices
- Build and maintain relationships with referring offices and community partners
- Oversee and manage a regional marketing budget
- Track, analyze, and report on referral trends and marketing ROI
- Create engaging marketing materials and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaborate with practice leaders to implement creative, local marketing initiatives
- Represent Specialty Dental Brands within the dental community with energy and professionalism
- Travel up to 30% to surrounding states to support practices and referral relationships
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in dental marketing is required
- Orthodontic experience is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of referral tracking and marketing performance metrics
- Comfortable managing and speaking to budget performance and ROI
- Creative thinker with a friendly, relationship-driven approach
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- High School diploma required
