Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency program
- Active state dental license and specialty license in Pediatric Dentistry (if applicable)
- Current BLS and PALS certification
- Experience and comfort working with children of all ages, including those with special healthcare needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, kid-focused demeanor
- Proficiency with pediatric dental technologies and digital charting systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, team-oriented practice
- Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as define
