Experience & Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and manage patient flow
• Coordinate treatment plans, insurance verification, and financial arrangements
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with front office communication
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous dental or orthodontic front office experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance terminology and scheduling systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude with a patient-centered mindset
