What You’ll Do
- Assist our orthodontists chairside with patient care.
- Take x-rays, impressions, and photos.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.
- Manage appointment scheduling and assist with front desk duties as needed, including patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Help in Sterile by properly cleaning, preparing, and organizing instruments.
- Encourage and support patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical space.
- Travel between our North Side and South Hill offices as needed.
- Friendly and professional with great communication skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn and grow (previous dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required).

- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience is required (orthodontics preferred)
